关于“互联网金融+健康产业”的战略研究——基于健康产业借助于互联网金融融资方式的分析

A Strategic Research on “Internet-based Finance Plus Health Industries”—Based on Analyzing the Mode of Financing of Health Industries Aided by Internet-based Finance

健康产业关系到全国百姓未来的生活质态,作为一种朝阳产业,健康产业的金融特征主要有:资金容量比较大,资本市场的投资活跃度高;利润相对较高;资金运作空间大,风险较低等等。目前健康产业中尤其是医疗机构因为种种原因正面临着资金短缺的问题,严重制约了其发展速度。究其原因主要是:国家财政对公立医疗机构的投入力度减弱,发展缓慢;民营医疗机构的爆炸式增长受到多种因素的制约等等。在这样的大环境下,健康产业应该自觉地意识到利用当下流行的互联网金融进行融资。互联网金融中的众筹模式、P2P模式、互联网信托、互联网基金四种业态为解决健康产业的资金运营问题提供了新的路径。具体来说,实施"互联网金融+健康产业"战略,应当主要从以下几个方面努力:一是健康产业应该积极主动地拥抱互联网金融;二是健康产业企业利用电子商务可以形成健康产业电商,利用电子商务平台进行更大规模的市场拓展;三是促进大数据的发展,建设一个完整的医疗健康数据平台,建立完善的个人医疗健康数据质量的评价体系并注意保护个人隐私;四是积极对接传统金融的融资渠道;五是加强健康产业互联网金融人才队伍方面的建设;六是利用互联网思维改造健康产业链,使得健康产业在未来成为中国经济持续增长的新亮点。

The medical service and health care industry will continue to grow in China,with new business models emerging and taking shape,which is related to the welfare and quality of life of hundreds of millions of people in the future. As a sunrise industry,health industry shares such attributes as large capital market capacity,active capital market investment activities,high profitability,low risk,et cetera. At present,health industries in China,especially medical institutions,are facing the shortage of funds because of various reasons,which has seriously restricted their development speed. In this context,the health industry should be aware of the current popular Internet-based banking finance model. The financing modes of Internet banking such as crowd-funding,P2 P,Internet trust,and Internet fund,can provide fresh inspirations for the sound development of medical service and health care industries in China.
