思想政治工作在改革开放和有中国特色社会主义建设的实践中已经发挥了巨大的作用。但是 ,目前思想政治工作仍然存在着一些缺陷和不足 ,如“单打一”现象、短期行为以及主动性、实效性差等问题。因此 ,加强思想政治工作 ,必须强化占领意识、综合意识、前瞻意识和群众意识 ,在此基础上进一步加强思想政治工作的系统工程建设 ,在落实措施上下功夫。
