摘要
针对PID参数无法适应工业现场工况和对象特性变化的问题,对利用改进型fal函数对误差进行校正,实现工程经验上对PID控制器相关参数的非线性自调整的功能。校正原理遵从工程上人工智能调整原则,通过构造主要工况非线性调整函数,解决了在PID参数固定情况下的全工况全负荷段的调节要求,其他同类型对象可以借鉴。
as PID parameters are unable to adapt to conditions and object properties change in industrial site, the study results show that the error correcting with improved fal function can achieve the nonlinear self-tuning function of PID controller's relevant parameter,the principle complies with the engineering adjusting principles of artificial intelligence, and the constructing of main condition nonlinear tuning function resolves the tuning requirement of all loads and conditions in the case of fixed PID parameters. It can be confirmed at the raw gas pressure control of a o- versize thermal power station. Other objects of the same type can benefit from it.
