分轴联合循环机组旁路快开优化控制

摘要 分轴式联合循环机组在汽轮机跳闸时,旁路系统可靠地快开能够有效抑制蒸汽压力及温度波动,维持余热锅炉及燃汽轮机正常运行,从而缩小事故范围,减少机组损失。通过旁路通流试验可以获得准确的阀门开度参数,用以优化旁路快开控制逻辑,提高事故工况下对蒸汽压力及温度的控制精度,对保障联合循环机组运行安全可靠有重要价值。 The reliable fast opening of bypass system can control steam pressure fluctuation when the ST trips in mul- tiple shaft combined cycle power unit. Thus it can maintain HRSG and GT to run,reduce the accident scope and de- crease the loss of the unit. The opening value of the valves can be got exactly through bypass capacity test to optimize the logic of bypass,therefore the accuracy to control the pressue and tempreture of steam is improved. It is valuable for combined cycle power unit to run more safely and reliably.
