摘要
总结了"以电代煤"相关政策发展进程,并利用技术经济分析方法系统研究窑炉生产过程中的经济环境效益,考虑窑炉初始投资和年运行成本,建立经济效益分析模型,对燃煤窑炉和电窑炉的经济效益进行比较。考虑两类窑炉能耗情况,计算出煤窑炉和电窑炉的污染物排放情况,及替代后产生的环境效益。
This paper summarized the relevant policy of " electric power replacement" project. We established techni- cal and economical analysis model to estimate the economic and environmental benefit from kilns production. Taking coal kiln and electric kiln's initial investment and annual running cost into consideration, the two kilns' economic benefit was compared. We built the environmental benefit model to calculate the emission and environmental benefit of pollutant from the electricity replacement in the kilns production.
