微滴式数字PCR用于HCV RNA定量检测的评价 被引量:3

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis Cvirus,HCV)感染是引起慢性肝病的主要原因之一。HCVRNA检测对于HCV诊断、疗效监测以及治疗终点评估具有重要意义。目前,国内外广泛使用的HCVRNA定量检测试剂大多基于实时荧光定量PCR技术。由于标准品的不同,不同厂家仪器检测结果之间会存在较大差异,即使同一种方法,由于环境以及操作人员不同,反应自身扩增效率也会存在一定变化,造成结果存在差异。
