727株不同人群艰难梭菌分离株的耐药性特征 被引量:3

摘要 艰难梭菌是一种革兰阳性专性厌氧芽孢杆菌,为人类肠道的正常菌群。2003年以来,艰难梭菌感染(Clostridium difficile infection,CDI)的发病率和疾病严重程度在全球范围内呈上升趋势,尤其是艰难梭菌高产毒株(BI/NAP1/027/毒素Ⅲ型)的出现和暴发流行,使得艰难梭菌成为医院获得性腹泻的主要病原菌之一。
