摘要 为实现大口径轻薄型天线液压起竖系统的可靠动作,文中结合轴角编码器的测角功能和压力传感器的测压功能,根据反馈数据对多级缸倒竖液压系统和控制系统进行了实时优化和修正,有效提高了双缸驱动过程中的同步精度,消除了超越负载工况下的倒竖抖动,实现了起竖机构全过程的平稳运动。该研究可为其它相似类型的产品研发提供有价值的参考。 In order to realize reliable movement of the hydraulic lifting system of the light-weight antenna with a large aperture,in this paper real-time optimization and revision for the lift hydraulic system driven by multistage cylinder and the control system are carried out according to the feedback data,combining with angel measuring function of the angle encoder and pressure measuring function of the pressure sensor. As a result,synchronization precision in the process of driving by double-cylinder is improved,the lifting dithering under over-running load conditions is eliminated and stable movement in the whole process of lifting mechanism is realized. This provides valuable reference for development of other similar products.
