摘要
车载雷达具有良好的机动能力,能够快速完成转场运输,在任务现场无需借助外部设备即可自主完成系统安装架设与撤收工作,具有很好的应用前景。天线是车载雷达的重要组成部分,其反射面的精度对雷达系统的整体性能有着重要的影响,而反射面的精度是依靠天线自身的结构刚强度保证的,因此对天线刚度和强度的分析和研究非常必要。文中以车载偏馈抛物面天线为例,从实际的技术指标出发,运用有限元分析软件,通过同时加载风力、自身重力和转动惯性力等多种载荷,分析并验证了天线结构设计的可靠性,为以后的设计和优化提供了重要依据。
The vehicle-borne radar can be rapidly transported from one field to another because of its good mobility. Its mantling and dismantling can be completed without outer equipment. Therefore,it has a good application prospect. The antenna is one of the most important components of the vehicle-borne radar. Its precision,which depends on its strength,will affect the performance of the radar,so it is very necessary to study the structure rigidity and intensity of the antenna. The offset parabolic antenna is given as an example to illustrate this structure analysis with the finite element analysis software and from the real technical parameters.The reliability of the antenna is verified by loading simultaneously the wind force,gravity and the rotational inertia force. The results can be used as reference for design and optimization of the antenna in the future.
