Germplasm Resource of Kyrgyz Horse in Xinjiang and Its Exploitation and Utilization

柯尔克孜马是我国具有悠久历史的遗传资源。近年来,随着马产业的迅速发展,优良地方品种资源的高效利用已成为促进马产业蓬勃发展的有力措施。笔者介绍了柯尔克孜马种质资源现状,并提出开发利用建议。

Kyrgyz horse is a precious genetic resource in China with a long history. Efficient Utilization of germplasm resource play an important role inthe development of horse industry in recent years. This paper introduced the present situation of germplasm resource of Kyrgyz horse, and put forward the suggestion for its development and utilization.
