摘要
学生管理工作是中外合作办学项目实现办学目标的重要环节,而共青团建设在学生管理,尤其是素质教育中起着至关重要的作用。本文分析了当前中外合作办学项目共青团工作面临的主要挑战,并从团组织定位、学生特点、时代特点等方面提出了应对中外合作办学工作挑战的策略。
Student management is an important part in achieving educational goal of Sino-foreign educational cooperation programs. And the construction of communist youth league plays a significant role in student management, especially in quality-oriented education. This article analyzes main challenges facing communist youth league of Sino-foreign educational cooperation programs and puts forward coping strategies from the perspective of positioning of communist league, characteristics of students and the era.
