多元化经营与家庭农场生产绩效——基于南京市的实证研究

Diversification and Family Farms' Production Performance:A Study Based on Research in Nanjing

以家庭农场多元化经营为出发点,以2013年南京市家庭农场为样本,通过全要素生产率模型分析多元化对家庭农场经营绩效的影响。研究发现:多元化经营能够显著提升家庭农场经营绩效,而政府补贴亦对家庭农场绩效有正面提升作用。此外,土地流转面积、流转土地使用年限、农技人员数量及农业机械数量均对家庭农场绩效提升有显著影响。由此,应鼓励与引导家庭农场从事农业多元化经营,在增加财政补贴投入的同时,引导农户加快转变农业生产经营方式。

Based on diversification of family farms in 2013,with family farms in Nanjing as samples,the impact which diversification casts on the production performance of family farms was analyzed through the total factor productivity model.The study found that a family farm can significantly improve its business performance by diversification,and that government subsidies have positive promotion effect on family farms＇ performance.In addition,the area of land circulation,fixed number of years for land use,the number of agricultural technology personnel,and the quantity of agricultural machinery have significant impact on the performance improvement of family farms.Thus,it was suggested that family farms should be encouraged and guided to engage in agricultural diversification,and that government should increase subsidies while guiding farmers to speed up the transformation of the mode of agricultural production and operation.
