摘要
芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AhR)又名二恶英受体,除了参与致癌、细胞毒性外,还参与调控多种重要的生理功能,包括免疫调节、细胞分化等,其在组织重构中也发挥重要作用。本文主要总结AhR及其信号途径,AhR在组织重构,尤其在气道重构中与细胞因子的相互作用,为AhR在组织重构中的进一步深入研究提供参考。
Aryl hydrocarbon receptor also konwn as dioxin receptor. In addition to participating in carcinogenesis and cell toxicity, it is also involved in the regulation of a variety of important physiological functions, which includes cell differentiation, and immune regulation. What's more, it also plays an important role in tissue remodeling. In order to provide reference for the further study of AhR in the tissue remodeling, AhR and its signal pathway, the role of AhR in tissue remodeling and the interaction with other cytokines were summarizes.
