临床护理路径在剖宫产围手术期的应用效果

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Peri-cesarean Stage

目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在剖宫产围手术期的影响效果,旨在提高护理质量。方法:将114例剖宫产产妇按照半随机临床对照试验(quasi-randomized controlled trials)法随机分为两组,对照组57例实施常规模式进行护理;观察组57例采取临床护理路径实施护理服务,并比较两组护理后的应用效果。结果:观察组产妇首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均明显的低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组相关知识掌握情况94.74%明显高于对照组84.20%(P<0.05),观察组的护理满意度为98.25%显著高于对照组78.95%(P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产患者实施CNP能够让孕妇早日康复,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,提高患者对相关知识的知晓率及满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of the clinical nursing path（ CNP） in perioperative cesarean section and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods： According to a randomized controlled clinical trial（ quasi-randomized controlled trials） method 114 cases of cesarean section maternal were randomly divided into two groups： control group,57 cases of conventional mode of nursing and observation group of 57 cases with clinical nursing path in nursing services.The application effect of the two groups after nursing was compared with each other. Results： The anal exhaust,time to bed for the first time,length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The related knowledge grasped by the observation group（ 94. 74%） is obviously more than control group（ 84. 20%）（ P〈0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group（ 98. 25%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 78. 95%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of CNP in patients with cesarean section can make pregnant women recover at an early date,improve their quality of life,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce medical costs,and improve the patient＇s awareness of related knowledge and satisfaction.
