消毒供应中心从功能制向责任制护理转变的临床实践

The clinical practice of the transformation of function system to the responsibility system nursing in Disinfection Supply Center

目的:提高消毒供应中心(CSSD)服务能力建设,回归CSSD的本质,为病人提供安全优质服务。方法:应用循证理论采用PDCA方法进行持续性改进,首先是找出问题,采用自我进行评估;临床科室对供应室进行评估,找出问题后针对存在问题,引进临床科室"责任制护理"的理念和管理方法,并在此基础上进行改良,形成符合CSSD工作模式的管理体系。结果:通过对2012年及2014年问卷调查结果比较:本科护士对自己存在的问题改进效果明显,护士的业务技能明显提高,对自己有明确职业规划(P<0.05);为临床服务意识明显增强,对一些不作为的现象给予杜绝。临床科室对CSSD存在问题改进效果、对CSSD的满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:CSSD实施责任制护理行之有效,值得借鉴。

Objective： Improve the Disinfection Supply Center（ DSC） service ability construction. Return to the nature of DSC and provide the patients with safety and quality service. Methods： Evidence-based theory using PDCA method is applied in continuous improvement. The first is to find out problems and use self-assessment. At the same time,clinical departments evaluate the Disinfection Supply Center and find out the problems. In view of the problems,introduce clinical departments ＇responsibility system nursing＇ concept and management methods,make improvements on this basis and form management system in conformity with the DSC working mode. Results： Through the 2012 and 2014 survey results,We concluded by comparing results： the effect of the improved problems in Bachelor nurses is obvious and the nurses ＇business skills are significantly improved. They have a clear career plan（ P〈0. 005）. The awareness of clinical services is increased and some bad phenomenons are eliminated. The effectiveness of clinical departments is improved（ P〈0. 005） in existing problems of DSC. The satisfaction of clinical departments is improved significantly to DSC（ P〈0. 005）. Conclusion： In DSC the implementation of responsibility system nursing works is effective and worth using for
