宁夏城乡居民门诊卫生服务需求和利用分析

Health demands and utilization of the outpatient health services in rural and urban areas of Ningxia province

目的:分析宁夏城乡居民门诊需求和利用情况,解释不同特征人群卫生服务利用的特点和差异。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取宁夏1 800户居民(共计5 725人)进行家庭健康询问调查。结果:居民两周患病率为23.4%,多因素分析民族、年龄和慢性病为两周患病率主要影响因素。两周患病就诊率为8.0%,多因素分析收入水平、性别、民族和年龄为两周就诊率主要影响因素。结论:居民两周就诊率低于国家水平,居民门诊卫生服务需要和利用之间并未及时转化,应从卫生服务供方和支持方角度采取有效措施,以提高卫生服务利用率。

Objective To explain the features and characteristics of the 1population differences in health care utilization by analyzing the demand and utilization of outpatients health service.Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling survey was adopted to carry out health interview among 1800 households in Ningxia province（a total of5725residents）.Results The two-week prevalence rate was 23.4%.Ethnicity,age and the prevalence of chronic diseases were the main influence factors.The two-week consultation rate was 8.0%.Income,gender,ethnicity and age were the main influence factors.Conclusions Two-week outpatient visit rate was below the national level.Health service needs could not be timely transformed into utilizations,therefore,we should take effective measures to improve health service utilization from the aspects of the supporters and providers of health care service.
