局部病灶切除及皮肤移植术治疗高级别阴道鳞状上皮内病变2例并文献复习

摘要 1病例简介病例1,37岁,G2P1,因＂高级别阴道鳞状上皮内病变＂于2014年10月就诊于我院。患者曾因宫颈细胞学检查为低度病变于2014年5月在外院行宫颈环形电切术,术后病理为CINI级。2014年10月复查,阴道镜下发现阴道后穹窿处病变,活检病理并经我院会诊为高级别阴道鳞状上皮内病变,遂就诊于我院。阴道镜检查：阴道后穹窿处厚醋白上皮,呈多灶性分布,范围约3cm×4cm（图1A）。
