左卡尼汀在心血管疾病中的应用现状

摘要 左卡尼汀主要功能是协助长链脂肪酸穿过线粒体内膜进入线粒体基质内进行β氧化产生三磷酸腺苷(ATP)供能,在脂肪酸代谢中起重要作用,目前在心血管疾病治疗中应用广泛。
