胆宁片联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果观察

The effect of octrotide combined with Danning tablet on patients with acute pancreatitis

[目的]观察胆宁片联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。[方法]将28例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各14例。治疗组以胆宁片联合奥曲肽治疗;对照组单用奥曲肽治疗。观察2组患者治疗后腹痛腹胀缓解时间、肠道功能恢复时间、白细胞计数变化、血淀粉酶、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化,并发症及住院天数等指标。[结果]治疗组在腹痛腹胀缓解时间、肠道功能恢复时间、血CRP、并发症控制等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),但2组血淀粉酶降低程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]胆宁片联合奥曲肽在治疗急性胰腺炎有协同作用,可提高疗效,缩短住院时间。

[Objective]To observe the effect of octrotide combined with Danning tablet on patients with acute pancreatitis （AP）. [Methods] Twenty-eight patients wtih AP were randomly divided into control group（14 cases）and observation group（14 cases）. The control group accepted octrotide treatment. The observation group accepted additional Danning tablet on the basis of treatment of the control group. The time of the symptoms relieve, occurrence of complications, recovery time of serum amylase level, white blood cells, serum CRP and the time of hospitol stay were compared. [Results]The time of serum amylase recov- ery after treatment in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0. 01）and the time of abdominal pain relieve and hospital stay was shorter than that in control group （P〈0.01）, [Conclusion]Danning tablet with octrotide can effectively improve the symptoms in patients with AP,in- crease curative effect and shorten hospital stay.
