药物相关的肾小球损伤

Drug induced glomerular diseases

多种药物及毒物可导致肾脏疾病,部分表现为肾小球损伤。及时发现致病药物并采取相应措施对于药物相关肾损伤的治疗至关重要。目前,对药物相关肾损伤尤其是肾小球损伤的认识仍处于起始阶段。本文主要结合当前研究现状,阐述药物相关肾小球损伤的不同临床特点、发病机制、治疗及预后,加深认识,提高诊断和治疗水平,以期达到合理用药和减少药物相关肾脏疾病之目的。

Drugs and toxins can cause various types of kidney diseases including glomerular diseases. It is critical to identify the culprit drugs and toxins as early as possible for proper treatment and maximizing renal function recovery.Drug induced glomerular diseases are not as well established as renal tubulointerstitial injury,but are started to be noticed by some groups and organizations. This review is going to discuss the clinical features,pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis,for clinicians＇ early recognize and proper management of drug induced glomerular diseases.
