丙谷胺对奶牛生产性能及部分血清生化指标的影响

摘要 试验旨在探讨日粮中添加丙谷胺对奶牛生产性能及部分血清生化指标的影响。采取单因素随机分组试验设计,选取45头健康无病,体况、采食量、胎次、泌乳天数、产奶量相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为3个处理组(n=15),即对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮按精料基础添加1 000、1 500 mg/kg丙谷胺。预试期14 d,正试期90 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组部分生产性能指标发生了显著变化,干物质采食量显著提高3.70%(P<0.05),产奶量显著提高了4.29%(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组乳成分中乳脂率显著提高了0.354个百分点(P<0.05),乳脂产量显著提高了14.61%(P<0.05),同时血清中甘油三酯含量显著升高17.01%(P<0.05)。综上所述:日粮精料基础上添加1 500 mg/kg丙谷胺能够使奶牛干物质采食量、产奶量、乳脂率、乳脂产量均显著提高,同时提高血清中甘油三酯含量,提高奶牛的生产性能。推测其作用机制:丙谷胺可能一方面通过对CCK的调控促进奶牛采食,增加营养物质的摄入,提高产奶量;另一方面可能通过增强奶牛体内脂类物质的消化吸收,促进乳脂的合成,提高乳脂率,改善乳品质。 This paper was conducted to investigate the effect of proglumide on production performance and blood biochemical of dairy cows. Single factor randomized experimental design, selected 45 healthy disease-free, body condition, intake, parity, number of days of lactation, milk yield similar Chinese Hol- stein cows were randomly divided into three treatment groups(n=15) that in the control group, the test group I and test group ]I. Control group was fed the basal diet, test Ⅰ, Ⅱ group were based diet supplemented 1 000, 1 500 mg/kg Proglumide by fine material foundation. Pre-trial stage 14 d, test period 90 d. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the test group 11 DM intake throughout the test period, an average of 3.70%(P〈0.05), milk production increased by an average 4.29%(P〈0.05), test group 11 milk fat components significantly increased 0.354 points(P〈0.05), milk fat yield significantly increased 14,61%(P〈0.05), while serum triglyceride levels were significantly increased 17.01% (P〈0.05). Presumed mechanism of action: on the one hand, Proglumide possible to promote regulation cows intake by CCK, increase the intake of nutrients and milk production; on the-other hand, it may enhance digestion and absorption of cows' body lipids, and promoting milk fat synthesis, increase milk fat, improve milk quality.
