Research progress of effects and mechanisms of soybean oligosaccharides on intestinal microecology in poultry

大豆低聚糖是重要的肠道功能调节物质,对于肠道微生态平衡发挥重要作用。文章综述了大豆低聚糖对家禽肠道有益菌的促生长和有害菌的抑制作用、大豆低聚糖的添加量、来源和类型对肠道微生态的影响及其作用机理方面的研究进展。

Soybean oligosaccharides paly an important role in regulating intestinal function and keeping intestinal microecological balance.In this paper,the effects of soybean oligosaccharides on strengthening helpful microbial populations and suppressing harmful bacterial, and the effects of addition amount, sources and types of soybean oligosaccharides on intestinal microecological and their mechanisms in poultry are summarized.
