摘要
通过对云南省卫生计生委直属14家医院微信公众平台的调查,了解医院微信服务的现状,建议各医院应积极开展微信服务,从而缓解看病难和医患关系紧张的问题。
The We Chat service provided at present in 14 hospitals directly under the Yunnan Health and Family Planning Commission was surveyed with suggestions proposed for providing active Wechat service in hospitals in order to alleviate the difficulty to see a doctor and the tense relationship between doctors and patients.
