雷诺嗪对心室肌离子通道及电生理特性影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 雷诺嗪为新型抗慢性心绞痛药物,主要通过阻滞心室肌晚钠电流,减缓病理条件下心肌细胞内钙离子超载发挥药理作用。动物试验显示其具有稳定缺血心肌电生理,抑制快速性心律失常的作用,临床实验证明其可降低慢性心绞痛患者的心律失常发生率,不增加恶性心律失常的发生,不影响血压和心率,是一种很有临床应用前景的药物。
