电针治疗女性混合性尿失禁临床研究

Effects of electroacupuncture on female patients with mixed urinary incontinence

目的观察电针治疗女性混合性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法将50例女性混合性尿失禁患者分为治疗组25例、对照组25例。治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用索利那新口服联合盆底肌训练(PFMT)。观察尿失禁生活质量量表(I-QOL)、尿失禁影响问卷简版(IIQ-7)及泌尿生殖简表(UDI)的评分。结果 I-QOL行为限制评分、心理影响评分、社会障碍评分,治疗组、对照组治疗1个月与本组治疗前比较、治疗2个月与本组治疗1个月比较、治疗3个月与本组治疗2个月比较评分均提高(P<0.05);2组治疗前组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗1个月组间比较、治疗2个月组间比较、治疗3个月组间比较,治疗组较对照组评分均提高明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明治疗组的疗效优于对照组。IIQ-7评分、UDI评分,治疗组、对照组治疗1个月与本组治疗前比较、治疗2个月与本组治疗1个月比较、治疗3个月与本组治疗2个月比较评分均降低(P<0.05);2组治疗前组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗1个月组间比较、治疗2个月组间比较、治疗3个月组间比较,治疗组较对照组评分均降低明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论电针治疗女性混合性尿失禁具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on mixed urinary incontinence（ MUI）in women. Methods Altogether 50 patients were divided into electroacupuncture group and control group（ n = 25 each）. The patients in electoacupuncture group were treated with electoacupuncturing on the points of Zhōng liáo（ BL33） and Huì yáng（ BL35）,and those in the control group took orally solifenacin with pelvic floor muscle training（ PFMT）. The scores of Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaires（ I-QOL）,Incontinence Impact Questionnaires short form（ IIQ-7） and Urogenital Distress Inventory（ UDI） were obtained. Results The scores of ALB,PSI and SE of IQOL increased significantly compared with those just one month before（ P 0. 05） within the same group. The scores mentioned above showed no intergroup difference before treatment,but at the same time point after treatment,the scores of the eletroacupuncture group increased greater than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Within the same group,the scores of IIQ-7 and UDI decreased month by month（ P 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,IIQ-7 and UDI scores of the electroacupuncture group showed no difference before treatment,but significant decreasing showed at the same time points after treatment（ Month 1,2 and 3） in electroacupuncture group,compared with those of the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture treatment on female MUI patients was proved.
