紫草油走罐治疗斑块型银屑病临床研究

Treatment of comfrey oil cupping on patients with plaque psoriasis

目的观察紫草油走罐治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效。方法将88例斑块型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例、空白组28例。治疗组采用紫草油走罐治疗,对照组采用紫草油外用治疗,空白组不施加走罐及局部外用治疗。3组均常规口服中药治疗。观察3组皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、临床疗效、不良反应。结果 3组治疗后PASI评分均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。3组治疗后PASI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但组间两两比较治疗组优于空白组(P<0.05)。3组治疗前后PASI评分差值组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两两比较治疗组优于对照组及空白组(P<0.01)。治疗组30例中无痊愈病例,显效12例(40.00%),有效14例(46.67%),无效4例(13.33%),总有效率为86.67%;对照组30例中无痊愈及显效病例,有效13例(43.33%),无效17例(56.67%),总有效率为43.33%;空白组28例中无痊愈及显效病例,有效10例(35.71%),无效18例(64.29%),总有效率为35.71%。3组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两两比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组及空白组(P<0.01),对照组与空白组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论紫草油走罐治疗斑块型银屑病具有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of comfrey oil cupping on plaque psoriasis. Methods Altogether 88 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 30）,control group（ n = 30） and blank group（ n = 28）. The patients in blank group took orally Chinese medicinal. In addition,the patients of treatment group were treated with comfrey oil cupping,while comfrey oil was for external use only to the control group. Psoriasis Area and Severity Index（ PASI）,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were measured. Results In the same group,the PASI score reduced significantly after treatment（ P 0. 01）. Although there was no intergroup difference of PASI score,the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the blank group. The differences of before and after treatment showed statistical significance among the three groups,furthermore,the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the other two groups（ P 0. 01）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 67%（ 12 /30 markedly improved,14 /30 improved and 4 /30 ineffective）,of the control group was 43. 33%（ 13 /30 improved and 17 /30 ineffective） and that of the blank group was 35. 71%（ 10 /28 improved and 18 /28 ineffective）. The effective rate showed statistical significance among the three groups,and the treatment group was superior to that of the control group and the blank group（ P 0. 01）. There was no significant difference between the control group and the blank group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of comfrey oil cupping on plaque psoriasis achieved a good effect without adverse reactions.
