腰椎椎间盘退变的临床及实验室评价方法研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着人口老龄化的发展,腰椎退变性疾病日益多见,主要包括椎间盘、骨质、小关节突、周围韧带以及软组织等的退变,其中引起腰痛的主要原因是腰椎椎间盘的退变。腰椎椎间盘退变的原因十分复杂,主要为遗传易感性、衰老、机械负荷及营养供应障碍因素的共同作用[1]。早期评价腰椎椎间盘退变状况对进一步明确退变机制、选择合适的治疗方案以及评价治疗效果有重要作用,
