毒品消费与供给关系实证分析——以江西省毒情为样本

Evidence Study of the Relationship Between Drug Consumption and Supply——Based on the Drug Analysis of Jiangxi

江西省毒品消费和供给链条能在一定程度上反映我国中南部地区的毒情及动态。现查获的毒品犯罪案件以贩毒为主,贩毒发生地域与吸毒人口密度正相关。目前,合成毒品已占居传统毒品市场份额,成为消费主流;南昌主城区、九江、上饶等中心城市或与湖南省接壤的县市,是毒品消费的重灾区;与福建和广东省接壤的县市现已破获数十起制作合成毒品的案件,似是毒品制造的重灾区;该省自然毒品供给主要来自外部。2014年,江西省容留吸毒行为的入罪率接近贩毒,应予关注。

The drug consumption and supply chain can somehow reflect the drug situation and dynamic in southeast China. The majority of drug crime today is drug trafficking; there＇s a positive correlation between the place where drug trafficking happens and the density of drug addicts. Now,synthetic drug has took over the share of traditional drugs,and has become the mainstream of consumption. Downtown Nanchang,Jiujiang,Shangrao and counties border Hunan province are the most affected places of drug; authorities in counties border Fujian and Guangdong have cracked over ten crimes of drug production; thus those areas become the harder-hit areas of drug production; most natural drug supply of Jiangxi comes from other provinces. In the battle for drug control in recent years,drug-abuse tampering rate has been catching up to drug trafficking,which deserves more attention and close study.
