浅析蒸汽养护对TBM混凝土预制管片质量的影响

Analysis on the influence of steam curing on the quality of TBM concrete pre-cast segments

TBM隧洞施工二次衬砌采用混凝土预制管片代替现浇混凝土支撑围岩和隧洞防渗。在预制管片加工过程中蒸汽养护对管片质量的影响主要由各阶段的养护温度、养护时间及其升降温速度决定,本文通过实例介绍了蒸汽养护的时间、温度及升降温速度要求,并提出了合理化建议。

Concrete pre-cast segments are adopted in TBM tunnel construction secondary lining for replacing cast-in-situ concrete support surrounding rock and tunnel seepage resistance.In the process of pre-cast segments,the influence of steam curing on segment quality is mainly determined by curing temperature,curing time,warming and cooling rate at all stages.In the paper,the requirements of steam curing time,temperature,warming and cooling rate are introduced through examples,and rational suggestions are proposed.
