摘要 采用凝胶渗透色谱仪、核磁共振仪和差示扫描量热仪等仪器表征了超细纤维合成革用聚乙烯专用料LF5000的结构与性能。结果表明:管式法工艺生产的LF5000在相对分子质量及其分布、支链数量、流变性能、热性能以及物性指标上不同于釜式法工艺生产的同类产品,LF5000的质量性能够满足超纤革海岛纤维及其无纺布应用的要求。 The structure and properties of specialized polyethylene material LF5000 for use of microfiber synthetic leather were characterized with gel permeation chromatography,NMR and differential scanning calorimeter. The results showed that the LF5000 produced with tubular process was different with similar products produced with kettle- type process in aspects of relative molecular mass and its distribution,the number of branches,rheological properties,thermal properties and physical indicators,and the quality and properties of LF5000 could meet the demand of microfiber leather island fiber and its nonwoven applications.
