《方剂学》选方在临床各科教材中的应用情况分析

摘要 [目的]调研《方剂学》选方在临床各科教材中的应用状况,为今后教材修订提供科学数据参考。[方法]对中国中医药出版社的《方剂学》及8本临床学科教材所载方剂进行收集整理,考察《方剂学》中所载方剂在临床各科教材中的应用概况。[结果]各科教材应用《方剂学》载方(包含正方与附方)的平均比例为48.4%,有36首《方剂学》所载正方在临床各科教材中均未提及应用。[结论]《方剂学》与临床各科教材需加强互动选方,从而有助于学科知识的融会贯通,有助于学生对方剂知识的理解和运用。 [Objective] The objective of this study was to investigate the application of prescriptions in textbook of formulas in clinical disciplines" textbooks that would provide scientific data for future textbook revision. [Methods] Take the textbook of formula published by China Press of Traditional Chinese Medicine and eight clinical disciplines' textbooks as research objects, to analyse the application of prescriptions list in formula textbook. [Results] The average proportion of prescription' application (including main and additional prescriptions) in clinical disciplines' textbooks was 48.4%. Thirty-six main prescriptions listed in formulas" textbook were not mentioned in clinical disciplines" textbooks. [Conclusions] The interacted selection of prescription between the textbook of formulas and clinical discipline should be strengthened that would be helpful for the mastery of knowledge in formulas and even better understanding and application.
