Study progress of traditional Chinese medicine treating type 2 diabetes macrovascular disease

近年来，T2DM大血管病变的现代医学研究及治疗取得了一定进展，但目前的治疗手段尚无法有效减少本病的发生率。中医药对本病疗效确切，本文从病因病机、临床研究、实验研究方面对近年来发表的文献进行综述，为临床治疗提供参考依据。

Type 2 diabetes macrovascular disease is the main cause of death in type 2 diabetes mellitus. In recent years, the modem medical research and treatment of type 2 diabetes macrovascular disease has made some progress, but the international clinical trials suggest that the current treatment can not effectively reduce the incidence of this disease. Many clinical practices show that the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on this disease is exact, so that the clinical workers on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus maerovascular disease of the status quo, now from the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical research, experimental research on the literature published in recent years, to provide reference for clinical treatment.
