造血干细胞移植相关血栓性微血管病2例报道并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（TTP）是以血小板聚集所致的弥散性血栓堵塞微循环的溶血性贫血和血小板减少性出血为临床特征,并伴有神经精神症状、不同程度的肾损伤和发热的一类血栓性微血管病。除原发性和遗传性外,常见继发性病因有：自身免疫性疾病、药物过敏、妊娠、感染、器官移植和中毒等。
