神经内分泌前列腺癌的研究现状 被引量：9

摘要 近年来，前列腺癌（ prostate cancer， PCa）发病率上升趋势显著，中国虽然发病率远低于欧美国家，但是其增长远比欧美发达国家更为迅速。由于前列腺癌的治疗效果较好使得患者生存期延长，同时由于医生对肿瘤认识和研究的深入，针对前列腺癌恶性亚型的诊治越来越受到关注。高度恶性的前列腺癌有一类是对激素治疗发生抵抗后产生的神经内分泌前列腺癌（neuroendocrine prostate cancer，NEPC），
