曲克芦丁钆(Ⅲ)配合物的制备及表征

Preparation and Characterization of the Complex of Gdsprosium-Troxerutin

以曲克芦丁为配体,钆离子为形成体制备曲克芦丁钆(Ⅲ)配合物,利用紫外光谱、红外光谱和谱质表征之.结果表明:TXT与Gd^(3+)反应的适宜条件为曲克芦丁和钆(Ⅲ)的物质的量之比为2∶1、体系酸碱度p H=7.0、反应温度55℃、反应时间3 h.TXT中-C=O的氧原子和5-OH的氧原子与Gd^(3+)配位生成[Gd(TXT)_2]^(3+).

The complexes of troxerutin and Gd^（3＋）were prepared and then characterized with ultraviolet（UV）,fouriertransferred infrared（FTIR）and mass spectroscopy methods. Optimal condition in this reaction should be n_（TXT）∶n_（（Gd）^（3＋）） at a portion of 2∶1 with pH equaling to 7.0 at 55 ℃ for 4 hours. Experimental results indicate that TXT can formcomplex with Gd^（3＋）via oxygen atoms on 4-C=O and 5-OH.
