基于多项logit模型的流动人口生活质量的实证研究--以榆林市流动人口为例

An Empirical Study of Life Quality of the Floating Population in Yulin City Based on the Multinomial Logit Model

基于2014年榆林市流动人口的抽样数据,首先运用因子分析与逐步多元回归,从影响流动人口生活质量的众多潜在指标中,构建具有代表性的指标体系,确定幸福度为反映生活质量的代表性指标.其次利用有序多项logit回归建立幸福度与年龄、收支差之间的模型,对榆林市流动人口生活质量进行实证分析.分析结果进一步说明了流动人口的年龄、收入、支出与幸福度的定性关系.

Based on the sampling data of the floating population of Yulin City in 2014,we used factor analysis andstepwise multiple regression to build representative index system,from the many potential indicators influencing lifequality of the floating population,and determined the happiness as the representative indicators reflecting life quality.The ordered multinomial logit regression is used to establish model among happiness,age,income and expenses. Anempirical analysis on the life quality of the floating population of Yulin City was carried out. The results furtherillustrate the qualitative relationship of the happiness,age,income and expenditure of the floating population.
