摘要
由于自然循环锅炉汽包水位直接影响机组整个热力系统的稳定性和可靠性,为此建立了汽包水位的动态模型并对锅炉负荷、给水压力及给煤量3个影响汽包水位变化的主要因素进行了分析研究,结果表明,通过对汽包水位的动态特性分析有助于运行人员控制汽包水位的变化,确保机组安全运行。
The drum level directly affects thd stability and reliability of the unit of thermal system. The dynamic model of mass balance and energy balance was built when the level of drum water in unsteady state in this paper. The boiler load,feed water pressure and the coal feed amount,the three main factors of affecting drum water level are analyzed,it will help operators to control the change of the drum water level to ensure the safety of the unit operation.
