钨矿山伴生多金属硫化矿的回收工艺现状 被引量:6

摘要 伴生多金属硫化矿是钨矿山的附加产品,具有极大的经济利用价值。随着钨矿企业经济效益的下滑,以及钼、铋、铜等资源的减少,钨矿山伴生金属的综合回收越来越受到重视。文章对钨矿山伴生多金属硫化矿的来源、赋存状态及浮选分离回收工艺进行了调查研究。研究表明,不同钨矿山伴生多金属硫化矿的走向及赋存状态存在差异,且混合硫化矿难分离,最终导致伴生金属的回收指标较差。因此,从粗选加强伴生多金属硫化矿的回收、开发高效价廉的新型选矿药剂以及采用选冶联合工艺是钨矿山最大程度综合回收利用有用金属元素的重要研究方向。 The associated poly-metallic sulfide ore is a high value-added product of tungsten mine, which is of great economic value. With the reduced profit margins of China's tungsten mines and the running out of Mo-Bi-Cu resources, people attach more importance to the comprehensive recovery of polymetallic sulfide ore. The trend,occurrence state and recovery process of the associated sulfide minerals in tungsten mines are investigated. The results show that the trend and existing state of associated sulfide ore are diverse in different tungsten mines and that the separation of mixed sulfide ore is difficult accompanied with the low recovery index. To maximize the comprehensive recycling of associated metal elements, tungsten companies shall invest more on the following three research directions, including to increase the recovery rate of the associated sulfide minerals in the roughing stage, to develop a new type of higher efficient new agent, and to apply the combined process of ore dressing and smelting.
