Cause Analysis of Filter Bag Wear in Ironmaking Area

除尘布襞堪称袋式除尘器的心脏，除尘布袋是决定袋式除尘器除尘效率的关键配件。更换滤袋的费用又是袋式除尘器的主要维修费用，同时布袋破损会引起风机叶轮的磨损．外排气体超标，进而影响整个除尘系统的正常运行，因此滤袋使用寿命关系到除尘器的运行状态和成本。炼铁厂共9台大型除尘器，合计布袋28576条，且部分除尘系统布袋磨损更换非常频繁。减少布袋磨损不仅能产生环境效益，也能实现降本增效。现对除尘布袋的破损原因和现状进行分析。

The dust filter bag is called as the heart of bag-type dust collector and is a key componentdominating dust removal efficiency of the collector. Renewal expense of filter bag is main expense ofthe collector maintenance. Bag breakage can cause blower impeller wear and unqualified exhaust gas-es and influence normal operation of the whole dust removal system. So, the service life of filter bagdominates condition and cost of dust removal operation. There are 9 big dust collectors with total28576 bags in my plant, and renewal of bags in some dust removal systems is very frequent. There-fore, relieving bag wear not only brings environmental benefit but also make cost decrease and effi-ciency increase. Breakage causes and operational conditions of filter bag are analyzed in this article.
