工会工作是党的群众工作的一部分,肩上担的是服务职工群众的责任。高校工会作为基层工会,必须从政策摆位、队伍建设、基础工作、突出问题和自我革新等方面,扎实推进新常态下的工会工作,增强群众性,更加注重满足广大教职工的需求,致力破解服务职工的难题,创新服务方式和手段,才能最大程度上凝聚起广大职工群众共谋发展的强大能量,打造凝心聚力的基层工会。

Trade union work is part of the mass work of the Party, and trade union shoulders the responsibility to serve the mass workers. As a grassroots unit, the trade union in universities must effectively promote work in the new normal from a perspective of policy position, team construction, basic work, prominent problems and self-innovation to enhance the mass character, pay more attenfon to meeting the needs of the teaching and administrative staff, commit itself to solving the difficulties of staff service, innovate the service mode and means to get the staff together as much as possible for mutual development to build a cohesive grassroots trade union.
