县总工会履行维权职责的问题与对策——浙江省某县总工会为例

County Federation of Trade Unions' Difficulties in the Performance of Duties for Legal Right safeguarding and the Countermeasures——A Case Study of a Certain County Federation of Trade Unions in Zhejiang Province

县总工会是构建和谐劳动关系,履行工会基本职责,有效维护职工权益的重要环节。但因存在诸多问题,而使其在开展维权工作中力不从心。应在创新维权理念、突出维权重点、明确维权主体、健全维权组织网络、完善维权机制等方面制定对策,才能为县总工会开展好维权工作提供保障。

County federation of trade unions is an important link that helps build harmonious labor relations, perform trade union＇ s basic duties, and effectively maintain workers＇ fights and interests. But due to the existence of many problems, it cannot safeguard workers＇ rights as effectively as it wishes. To safeguard workers＇ rights efficiently, county federation of trade unions should renew the ideas of tight safeguarding, highlight the key points of right safeguarding, define the subjects of right safeguarding, perfect the right safeguarding network and improve the right safeguarding mechanism
