摘要
研究中国职工权利有不同的角度,它们共同丰富了我们对它的认识。就中外学界对中国职工权利的维度来说,阶级视角偏意识形态层面,阶层视角则侧重社会构成层面;抗争视角则从技术层面探讨职工维权的途径与方式,社会资本视角则是职工用社会资源自我赋权;全球化视角则是综合层面。
Chinese employee' s right can be researched from different perspectives, and all these perspectives can be used together to enrich our knowledge of it. In terms of the Chinese and foreign scholars' views on Chinese employees' right, class perspective is primarily adopted at the level of ideology, while stratum perspective is mainly adopted at the level of social composition; perspective of resistance is a way to discuss staff' s behavior of right safeguarding at a technical level, while social capital perspective is a way by which staff empower themselves with social resources; global perspective is a comprehensive level
