大学生志愿服务中的传统文化元素研究——基于对10名大学生志愿者的访谈分析

Studies on Traditional Culture Elements in College Students' Volunteer Service——Based on Analysis of Interviews with 10 College Student Volunteers

通过对10名大学生志愿者访谈,分析了传统文化元素在大学生志愿服务过程中的影响,以及大学生志愿者对传统文化的认识。研究发现,传统文化中的仁爱、互助、责任和诚信等价值观念在大学生志愿者的认知和行为方面具有很深影响;大学生志愿者愿意接纳并认同传统文化,并认为志愿服务是传统文化传播的一种可操作的途径。

In this article,through interviews with 10 college students volunteers,we analyzed the influence of traditional culture elements in the process of college students＇ volunteer services and their understanding about traditional culture. We found that the traditional culture ideas such as kindness,mutual aid,responsibility and integrity values in college students＇ cognitive and behavioral aspects of volunteers have a deep influence. College students volunteers are willing to accept and identify with our traditional culture and volunteering is a feasible way for the spread of traditional culture.
