摘要
目的构建高校青年教师的教学胜任特征模型,并检验模型的信效度。方法采用行为事件访谈法对陕西省22名高校青年教师进行访谈,构建高校青年教师教学胜任特征模型。根据该模型形成调查问卷,并对陕西省400名高校青年教师进行调查,采用了项目分析、Cronbachα系数以及验证性因子分析对模型信效度进行检验。结果构建了具有9个鉴别性胜任特征和12个基准性胜任特征的高校青年教师的教学胜任特征模型,该模型包括业务能力类、通用能力类、个人管理类、关系管理类、性格特征类五个特征群。结论本研究提出的高校青年教师的教学胜任特征模型具有良好的信效度。
Objective To construct the Teaching Competency Model of young teachers in colleges and universi- ties. Methods In this research the method of Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) was adopted to interview 22 young teachers in Shaanxi Province, and then we analyzed the themes of key events, complimented behavior code and com- pared the competency character of the teachers with different achievements. A questionnaire was established based on the model and 400 young teachers in Shaanxi Province were surveyed in order to verify the structure validity of the model. Methods of Project Analysis, Cronbach Alpha Coefficient Method and Confirmatory were adopted to test the reli- ability and validity of the model. Results The model includes 9 distinctive competency characters and 12 benchmark competency characters. All the characters are divided into 5 groups of competency characters, including Operational Capacity, General Ability, Personal Management, Relationship Management and Characteristic. Conclusion The Teaching Competency Model of young teachers in colleges and universities has a good reliability and validity.
