Looking to Top on Solid Foundation: Improvement Strategies on College Students' Party Construction Under New Situation

新形势下高校学生党建工作需要在科学发展观指导下不断创新、发展;需要贴近当代青年大学生思想特点和规律,不断解决存在的问题;需要不断增强党组织对优秀青年的吸引力,着力形成高校党建工作长效机制。各高校只有紧扣学生党建工作根本目标——"立本",注重工作细节的完善与改进——"逐末",才能切实贯彻十八大报告中提出的"全面提高党的建设科学化水平"要求。

As for college students＇ party construction under the new situation,it must innovate with scientific development concept all the time; it must solve problems by appealing to traits of characters and psychology of college students; it must enhance attraction of party organizations for outstanding youths to build long- term effective mechanism of university party construction. Only by adhering to the fundamental goals of college students＇ party construction as the solid＂foundation＂,and putting emphasis on the improvement and perfection of detailed work as ＂the top＂,can the ＂comprehensive improvement of scientific level of the Party＂required by the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,be fulfilled thoroughly.
