Innova CT在经皮椎体成形术中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨Innova CT在经皮椎体成形术中的临床应用价值。方法应用GE Innova 3100平板数字减影血管造影(DSA)对49例椎体压缩性骨折患者55个椎体行经皮椎体成形术(PVP),穿刺针进入椎体后行Innova CT检查确认穿刺针位置,注射骨水泥后再次行Innova CT检查观察骨水泥在椎体内分布及椎体外渗漏情况。结果 Innova CT显示所有病例穿刺针均沿椎弓根进入椎体,46个椎体内骨水泥分布均匀,9个椎体骨水泥偏于穿刺侧,经对侧椎弓根穿刺再次注射骨水泥,7例骨水泥渗漏至相邻椎间隙,9例骨水泥渗漏至椎旁,无椎管内渗漏,渗漏率29%(16/55)。结论 PVP术中Innova CT检查可确认穿刺针位置、即时评估骨水泥在椎体内分布和椎体外渗漏情况,以明确预后和处理并发症。 Objective To explore the clinical application of Innova CT in percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods The 49 cases of vertebral compression fracture were treated with PVP under GE Innova 3100 DSA,Innova CT function was used to confirm the position of puncture needle within vertebral arch,and reveal the distribution of bone cement within vertebral body as well as extra-vertebral leakage. Results The position of puncture needle was within vertebral arch in all cases. There were 46 vertebrae in the bilateral-even group of the bone cement distribution,9 vertebrae in bilateral-uneven group and received additional bone cement injection. The leakage was found in 16(29%) of 55 vertebrae,with 7 intervertebral disc and 9 paravertebral muscular. Conclusion Innova CT function can confirm the position of puncture needle. The distribution and the leakage of bone cement can be accurately evaluated by In-nova CT function.
