不同型号静脉留置针对256层多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像质量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比2种型号留置针(18G,20G)对256层多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像图像质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2010年11月至2014年8月共289例冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)患者的影像学资料,根据使用的留置针型号分为2组:A组为91例20G留置针组和B组为198例18G留置针组。记录每例患者的性别、年龄、体质量、平均心率,同时进行图像质量评价。结果①2组患者的年龄、体质量、平均心率之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②A、B 2组患者图像的优质、良好、勉强诊断、无法评估或失败率分别为31.9%,52.8%,12.1%,3.3%;34.8%,60.1%,4.0%,1.0%。2组图像的图像质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论留置针型号对冠状动脉CTA图像质量有影响,使用18G的留置针图像质量比20G留置针的图像质量高。 Objective To investigate the effect of two types of venous indwelling needle(18G20G)on 256-slices CT coronary angiography image quality. Methods Retrospective analysis of 289 cases of 256-slices CT coronary angiography imaging data from November 2010 to 2014 August,289 cases were divided into two groups accord-ing to the use of venous indwelling needle model. Group A:20 G group(control group),group B: 18 G group(experiment group). The gender,age,weight and average heart rate of each patient were recorded,and the quality of the im-ages was evaluated. Results 1There was no significant difference in age,weight and average heart rate between the two groups(P〉0.05). 2The grade A,grade B,grade C and failure of image quality were 31.87%,52.75%,12.09%,3.30% and 34.85%,60.10%,4.04%,1.01% in two groups,there were statistically significant differences in image quality between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The venous indwelling needle type has an effect on the quality of the coronary CTA images,and the image quality of 18 G is higher than that of 20 G.
