甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植术治疗继发甲状旁腺功能亢进症12例 被引量：2

摘要 探讨甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植术治疗继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(SHPT)的临床疗效。回顾性分析我院2012年3月—2014年9月收治的12例慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症期SHPT患者的资料。患者均行甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植术,骨痛、全身瘙痒症状明显缓解,血甲状旁腺素、血钙、血磷、血碱性磷酸酶较术前明显下降。甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植术对SHPT有效。
