摘要 脊髓的多种医疗操作会导致脑脊液流失，从而继发远隔部位即颅内出血发生，腰椎穿刺、脊髓麻醉、脊髓造影手术、脊柱手术继发颅内出血的病例已有文献报告。因手术切除脊髓肿瘤病变继发颅内出血的病例报告比较少，笔者报告新乡医学院第一附属医院神经外科收治的1例胸髓脊膜瘤手术后继发幕上急性硬膜下血肿并急诊手术患者，
