Xi Jin-ping's Inheritance and Innovation about Party Institutional Construction Thought of Mao Ze-dong and Deng Xiao-ping

制度建设是马克思主义政党学说的重要内容,是中国共产党自身建设中带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性的重大问题。党的十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央高度重视党的制度建设,提出党的制度建设是一个系统工程,要树立党的制度权威等重要思想,实现了对毛泽东、邓小平关于党的制度建设思想的继承与创新。

Institutional construction is an important part of Marxist theory of party. It is a major issue in the con- struction of the C.P.C with its fundamental, overall, stability and long-term problems. Since the 18th C.P.C Na- tional Congress, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary, paying high at- tention to party institutional construction, proposes that the party institutional construction is a system engineer- ing and it should establish the party＇ s institutional authority. It has realized the inheritance and innovation about party institutional construction thought of Mao Ze-dong and Deng Xiao-ping.
